About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning creation of access to infrastructure of charging stations for electric vehicles

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

Article 122 to add 1) with part six of such content:

"Stop or the parking of vehicles on places which are designated by the corresponding route signs and/or road marking on which the stop or the parking only of the vehicles equipped with electric motors (one or several), and also creation of the hindrances to transport drivers equipped with electric motors (one or several is resolved), in stop or the parking

involve imposing of penalty in the amount of twenty to thirty free minima income of citizens";

2) in Article 152-1:

add with part eight of such content:

"The parking of vehicles on the places intended for the parking of the vehicles equipped with electric motors (one or several),

involves imposing of penalty from twenty to thirty free minima income of citizens";

in the note:

after paragraph two to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"(Including the free parking) the vehicles equipped with electric motors (one or several), on specially equipped or allocated platforms for the parking of vehicles, including near apartment houses (except individual apartment houses) and other buildings, on sidewalks (from among places for stop and the parking of vehicles), the places designated by the corresponding route signs or road marking are considered as the places intended for the parking".
