About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Public Welfare Payments"

Article 1. "About public welfare payments" (further - the Law) to state the second offer of Item 3 of part 1 of article 23.1 of the Law of December 12, 2013 to ZR-154-N in the following edition: "In sense article 23.1 and 23.2 of this Law, unemployed person also hired employee involved in microentrepreneurship (till January 1, 2020 - the family member involved in family entrepreneurship who is considered by hired employee), the physical person who is not the individual entrepreneur, considered only as the subject of microentrepreneurship, person gaining income from the employer for performance of works (rendering services) based on the civil agreement is considered.".
Article 2. To state part 4 of article 27 of the Law in the following edition:
"4. Provisions of Articles 27, of 28, 28.1 presents of the Law do not extend on hired employees of microentrepreneurship (till January 1, 2020 - the family members involved in family entrepreneurship who are considered by hired employees).".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
