1. Approve the enclosed Method of calculation of rates for services in transfer of electrical energy on networks of regional and/or local levels on tension classes (further - the Technique).
2. To department of administrative work and analysis of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies (Esirkepov E. O) to bring this order to the attention of structural divisions and territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies, regional (the cities of republican value, the capital) executive bodies, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Cancel:
1) the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of the competition against December 22, 2003 No. 334-OD "About approval of the Method of calculation of rates for services in transfer of electrical energy on networks of regional and/or local levels on tension classes";
