1) in Article 43:

a) add Item 1 with subitems "zh" and "z" of the following content:

"g) refusal of appointment to the positions offered in connection with the expiration of powers or early termination of powers;

h) absence on service within more than four months in a row in connection with temporary disability if the legislation of the Russian Federation does not establish longer term of preserving place of employment (position) in case of certain disease or if for certain category of citizens the legislation of the Russian Federation does not provide guarantees on preserving place of employment (position). For the public prosecutor's worker the place of employment (position) in the period of its temporary disability in connection with the mutilation, occupational disease or other damage of health connected with execution of service duties irrespective of duration of this period remains.";
