Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About local authorities of the government" of May 17, 2004" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 5, Art. 339; 2006, No. 11, Art. 472; 2009, No. 12, Art. 814; 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 800; 2013, No. 3, Art. 179, No. 7, Art. 500; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 268) following changes and amendments:

1. State Article 2 in the following edition:

"Article 2. The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan about local authorities of the government

The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan about local authorities of the government is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Constitutional law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".

2. Part the second articles 7 after the word "Tajikistan" to add with words ", irrespective of nationality, races, floor, language, religion and political line items, social position, education and property".

3. In Article 8:
