"6. Products of sea trade of courts of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also courts, the leased (affreighted) legal entities and (or) physical persons state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, are exempted from import customs duty in case of submission of the following documents:
the document confirming the property right or lease (chartering) of the vessel;
the allowing document of body of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of fishery and (or) protection of marine biological resources, granting the right to implementation of sea trade (in case of import of products of sea trade of the courts performing production (catch) of water biological resources).
