Article 1.

7) departure on permanent residence out of limits of the Kyrgyz Republic;

8) recognition of the deputy by court incapacitated or is unknown absent, and also the announcement his dead;

9) the introduction in legal force of conviction of court concerning it;

10) absence at meetings of the local kenesh without valid excuse more than four times within one year;

11) death of the deputy.
