1. Identify case of availability of possibility of one person independently or together with one or several persons to determine decisions of the legal entity or the organization, not being the legal entity, otherwise when one legal entity finances other legal entity or the organization, not being the legal entity, (further - the organization which is under control), the official (except for the independent director) and (or) the large shareholder (the large participant) or the founder whom the official and (or) the leading employee are (except for the independent director) financing (financing) faces (persons), in the amount of, exceeding equity of the organization which is under control.
For the purposes of this Item:
the organization which is under control is understood as the legal entity or the organization, not being the legal entity whose decisions are determined by the insurance (reinsurance) organization independently or together with one or several persons, or the legal entity, being the insurance (reinsurance) organization which decisions are determined by the legal entity independently or together with one or several persons;
person, independently or together with one or several persons determining decisions of the legal entity or the organization, not being the legal entity, is understood as the legal entity, independently or together with one or several persons determining decisions of the insurance (reinsurance) organization, or the insurance (reinsurance) organization, independently or together with one or several persons determining decisions of the legal entity or the organization, not being the legal entity.
