Article 1

Article 3 to add 1) with Items 7 and 8 of the following content:

"7) social entrepreneurship - the business activity directed to achievement of the socially useful purposes, promoting the solution of social problems of citizens and societies and performed in accordance with the terms, provided by part 1 of article 24.1 of this Federal Law;

8) the social company - the subject of small or medium business performing activities in the field of social entrepreneurship.";

2) in Article 4.1:

a) add part 3 with Item 11.1 of the following content:

"11. 1) specifying on the fact that the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur is the social company;";

b) regarding 4 words "parts 5 - 6.3" shall be replaced with words "parts 5 - 6.4";

c) add part 5 with Item 9 of the following content:
