in Rules of the transportation of goods by road transport approved by the specified order:

"22. Route sheets of form No. 4-p and No. 4-s according to appendices 1 and 2 to these rules are drawn up by carrier from the date of receipt to the last day of the corresponding month with indication of date of issue, stamp or seal of carrier (in case of its availability) on condition of delivery of the route sheet of the previous work (change, flight).";
state Item 386 in the following edition:
"386. Based on the positive these test reports issued by test stations or the expert organizations (experts), the authorized body draws up and grants to the applicant the Certificate, in the form established by the Agreement on international carriages of perishable foodstuff and on the special vehicles intended for these transportations within five working days from the moment of delivery of the documents specified in Item 385 of these rules.".
