1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1120 "Questions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 41, the Art. 532) the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

"3) implementation of state registration of legal entities, being non-profit organizations, accounting registration of their branches and representations, state registration of regulatory legal acts of the central state bodies and departments, local representative and executive bodies, and also akims, ensuring the state accounting of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
in Item 16:
42) to exclude the subitem;
96) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"96) ensuring activities of the territorial authorities of justice and rendering methodical management to them concerning state registration of legal entities which are non-profit organizations, accounting registration of their branches and representations;";
101) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"101) state registration of legal entities, being non-profit organizations, accounting registration of their branches and representations;";
add with subitems 101-1), 101-2) and 101-3) of the following content:
"101-1) implementation of the state control of activities of The Government for Citizens State corporation in the field of state registration of legal entities, being the commercial organizations, and accounting registration of their branches and representations according to the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
