"24. The participant, the guarantee fee can be left on the bank account of the operator of UEMP and is used for participation in another electronic auctions within one month.
In case of insufficiency of the size of the guarantee fee which is on the bank account of the operator of UEMP, the participant makes payment of the missing amount of the guarantee fee.
Return of the guarantee fee by the operator of UEMP is performed within one working day from the moment of confirmation by the participant of the request about return of the guarantee fee which is created after the end of auction or by the subsequent application about return of the guarantee fee.
The guarantee fee returns to the participant to the bank account specified in the request.
If the guarantee fee was not used by the participant within one month, the operator of UEMP within one working day from the moment of the expiration of fixed term returns the guarantee fee to the participant on the bank account specified in the request.";
