About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 10, 2014 No. 186 "About enhancement of procedure for the differentiated approach in case of cost determination of the state services in preparation of cadastral documentation"
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 5, 2019 No. PP-4270 "About measures for further enhancement of system of state registration of the rights to real estate", and also for the purpose of streamlining of the mechanism of collection of service fee of state registration of the right to real estate units the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 10, 2014 No. 186 "About enhancement of procedure for the differentiated approach in case of cost determination of the state services in preparation of cadastral documentation" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2014, No. 7, the Art. 71) according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2019.
3. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on land resources, geodesy, cartography and the state inventory together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the adviser to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning development of agrarian and food spheres A. D. Vakhabov and the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on land resources, geodesy, cartography and the state inventory A. H. Abdullaev.
