About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About credit bureaus"

Being guided by Items 10 and 27 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About credit bureaus" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 12, Article 1997):

3. under Article 13:

3.1. in Article 13.3.1 the word "obtaining" shall be replaced with words "obtaining and in case, the stipulated in Article 23.3-1 this Law";
