About modification of Rules of provision and receipt of telecommunication services

Bring in the Rules of provision and receipt of telecommunication services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 11, 2012 No. 295 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 29, the Art. 1074), changes which are applied.

1. Add Item 3 with the term of the following content:
"convergence of telecommunication networks of the fixed and mobile (mobile) communication (further - convergence of networks) - joint use by operators, providers of telecommunications of elements of infrastructure and resources of telecommunication networks of the fixed and mobile (mobile) communication for provision of telecommunication services to consumers;".
2. Add Item 38 with the subitem 12 of the following content:
"12) convergence of networks according to the legislation.".
3. The paragraph one of Item 110 after the word of "network" to add with the words "with use of technology of wire and/or wireless access and/or convergence of networks".
