About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About military investigation of armed forces of the Republic of Tajikistan"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About military investigation of Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan" of December 2, 2002 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2002, No. 11, Art. 717; 2012, No. 8, Art. 823; 2014, No. 3, Art. 147) following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 6 with paragraphs the third, eleventh and twelfth the following content:

"-implementation of vowels and secret prospecting, organizational and managerial actions outside the republic for the purpose of ensuring national security";

"-creation of off-budget funds for ensuring intelligence activities according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- rukovodstvovaniye intelligence activities of information agencies of Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan in case of introduction of warlike situation;".

2. To add article 7 part one after the words "on defense" with words ", also other means which are not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan".

3. To add article 11 after the words "and ecological spheres" with words ", and also in the field of fight against terrorism, extremism and other modern challenges and threats".

4. The second Article 12 to add part with the paragraph third the following content:

"-in some cases attracts bodies of military investigation for implementation of intelligence activities in the field of fight against terrorism, extremism and other modern challenges and threats within the country;".
