About modification of the Regulations on the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service

Bring in the Regulations on the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 500 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 81, Art. 2288; 2017, No. 13, Art. 364; 2018, No. 52, the Art. 1829), changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 5, 2019 No. 581
1. Add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Coordination of work of NAGS is provided by the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.".
2. In item 4:
Subitem 7 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Develops 7) and introduces in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the scheme of official pay rates on positions of public service, regulations on application of the stimulating payments to government employees;";
2) to add Item with subitems 7-1 and 7-2 of the following content:
"7-1) carries out monitoring of compensation of government employees;
7-2) approves, developed by Minsotspolitiki, drafts of regulatory legal acts concerning conditions and the amount of compensation of employees of local government bodies;";
The subitem 8 after the words "are in case of need published" to add 3) with the words "on the NAGS official website and";
Subitem 9 to state 4) in the following edition:
"Records 9) the quantitative and high-quality list of government employees of state bodies, their devices (secretariats), other bodies on whom operation of the Law of Ukraine "On public service" expatiates, carries out the analysis of such structure;";
