About modification and amendments in Regulations on registration of qualified persons in the field of assessment of shares in the Register of the authorized persons

(2) the Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "About the National commission on the financial market" (it is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126 BIS), Art. 23 of the h. (3) the Law No. 171 of 11.07.2012 "About the capital market" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 193-197, the Art. 665) the National commission on the DECIDES: financial market
1. In the Regulations on registration of qualified persons in the field of assessment of shares in the Register of the authorized persons approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 41/10 of 22.08.2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 261-267, of the Art. 1282), to make the following changes and additions:
1) In Item 10:
a) 1) after the word "certified" to add the subitem with words "seal and the signature of the official";
b) 2) to exclude the subitem;
c) add with the subitem 7) of the following content:
"7) the payment order about introduction of payment for registration in the Register in the amount of established by the resolution of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova on approval of the budget of the National commission".
2) In Item 12 the second offer to add at the end with the words "with issue of the registration certificate of the authorized persons in the field of securities valuation".
To Add 3) with Item 18-1 of the following content:
"18-1. The authorized person shall submit reports according to the requirements provided by regulations of the National commission".
To Add 4) with Item 23 following of content:
