Article 1. Bring in the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tajikistan" of July 25, 2005 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2005, No. 7, Art. 398; 2006, No. 3, Art. 141; 2007, No. 5, Art. 350, No. 7, Art. 652; 2008, No. 12 of h 1, Art. 981; 2009, No. 5, Art. 314; 2011, No. 3, Art. 150, No. 6, Art. 428; 2012, No. 8, Art. 810; 2013, Art. No. 7 497, Art. 498, No. 12, Art. 876; 2014, No. 3, Art. 139, No. 12, Art. 820; 2016, No. 3, Art. 125; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 267) following changes and amendments:

1. In paragraph six of part one of Article 5 of the word "legal executives" shall be replaced with words "contractors of body of execution".

2. Add Article 53 with part two of the following content:

"In case of employment in bodies of prosecutor's office except for of documents, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Tajikistan, citizens also represent declarations on the income and property status.".

3. Add with article 53 (1) the following content:

"Article 53 (1). Submission of declarations on the income and property status by applicants for positions of the prosecutor and prosecutors

Applicants for positions of the prosecutor and prosecutors (except for technical and service personnel) according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, represent declarations on the income and property status.".
