About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" of December 10, 1999 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 12, Art. 312; 2002, No. 4, h 1, Art. 266; 2006, No. 4, Art. 192; 2007, No. 7, Art. 661; 2013, No. 7, fashion. 516) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 7:

- state part one in the following edition:

"Staff of the Agency are persons who have only citizenship of the Republic of Tajikistan, hold the corresponding positions in divisions of the Agency and have special ranks.";

- add with part two of the following content:

"In case of employment in the Agency citizens, except for documents, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Tajikistan, also represent declarations on the income and property status.".

2. Add with Article 7 (1) the following content:

"Article 7 (1). Submission of declarations on the income and property status by the staff of the Agency

Staff of the Agency (except for the technical employees and service personnel) according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, represents declarations on the income and property status.".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
