About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63
Based on the paragraph of the fifteenth Item 1 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 "About notariate and notarial activities" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 and part one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2006 No. 63 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 188, 8/15268; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.02. 2015, 8/29590; 25.06. 2016, 8/31027; 24:02. 2018, 8/32853), following changes:
the second Item 43 to exclude part;
state Chapter 31 in the following edition:
"CHAPTER 31 TRANSFER OF PETITIONS FROM CITIZENS AND LEGAL ENTITIES TO OTHER CITIZENS AND LEGAL ENTITIES
200. The notary reports petitions from citizens and legal entities to other citizens and legal entities (further - transfer of the statement).
201. Application is issued at least in duplicate from which one is subject to transfer, and the second - is stored in cases of the notary.
At the request of the citizen or the legal entity who addressed for transfer of the statement (further, for the purposes of this Chapter, unless otherwise specified, - the applicant), the additional copy of the application transferred to it to storage can be drawn up.
The statement is registered in the magazine of registration of incoming documents with putting down about it marks in the copy of the application which is stored in cases of the notary.
