1.1. State Item 1.1 in the following edition:

The Bank of Russia, being operator of services of payment infrastructure in payment system of the Bank of Russia and the operator on money transfer, provides according to the Provision of the Bank of Russia of July 6, 2017 No. 595-P "About payment system of the Bank of Russia", the registered Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on October 6, 2017 to No. 48458, on December 5, 2018 No. 52892, of service in money transfer with use of service of urgent transfer, service of not urgent transfer and service of bystry payments and the services of payment infrastructure in payment system of the Bank of Russia (further in case of joint mentioning - services) which are subject to payment.".
