About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2016 No. 65

1. Bring in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2016 No. 65 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-t (fund of time) "The report on use of calendar fund of time" and instructions for its filling" the following changes:
1.1. in the form of the state statistical reporting 1-t (fund of time) "The report on use of calendar fund of time", approved by this resolution:
to exclude from the detail "Address Part and Term of Representation" of the word "on paper:";
in the detail "Index and Code of Form" of figure "0604047" to replace with figures "0604067";
1.2. in Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-t (fund of time) "The report on use of calendar fund of time", approved by this resolution:
to exclude the paragraph of the seventh from Item 2;
in item 4:
the second to state part in the following edition:
"The report in the form of the electronic document is signed by the digital signature which certificate of open key of check is published in the State management system by open keys of verification of the digital signature of the Republic of Belarus.";
third to exclude part;
add Item 12 with part of the following content:
"If within one working day the worker fulfills man-hours and the absence is made, data on this worker need to be reflected as on actually fulfilled man-hours (line 13), and on losses of working hours in connection with absence (lines 09, 20, 21).".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
