About modification of Regulations about bank liquidity

Based on part (1) Art. 11 and item c) parts (1) Art. 27 of the Law No. 548/1995 on National Bank of Moldova (переопубликован: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 297-300, 544), with subsequent changes, and also Art. 76 of the Law No. 202/2017 on activities of banks (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 434-439, the Art. 727), with subsequent changes, the Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:

1. In the Regulations about bank liquidity approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova, the protocol No. 28/1997 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, No. 64-65, of the Art. 105), with subsequent changes, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova on February 15, 2010 at No. 733, to make the following changes:

1) in Chapter I:

a) "The law on National Bank of Moldova and Articles 25, 28 and 40 Laws on financial institutions" to replace the text with the text "The law No. 548/1995 on National Bank of Moldova (переопубликован: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 297-300, 544), with subsequent changes, and Art. 76 of the Law No. 202/2017 on activities of banks (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 434-439, the Art. 727), with subsequent changes.";

b) words "financial institutions" to replace with the word "banks";

c) add with the new paragraph:

"These regulations are applied to banks with the location in the Republic of Moldova, and also to departments of banks of foreign states which are licensed by National Bank of Moldova (further - banks).";
