1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 21, 2016 No. 747 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of debt on soft credits on local executive and administrative organs of basic territorial level" the following changes:
preamble after the word "assets" to add with words ", the paragraph the fifth Item 10 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 2, 2018 No. 399 "About financial improvement of agricultural organizations";
in Item 1:
exclude the word "enclosed";
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
in Regulations on the procedure for transfer of debt on soft credits on local executive and administrative organs of basic territorial level approved by this resolution:
in Item 1:
words "About creation and activities of Asset Management Agency open joint stock company (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 20.07. 1/16540)" shall be replaced with words 2016, ", and also with part six of Item 7 of the Regulations on features of the application of measures for increase in effective management of insolvent agricultural organizations approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 2, 2018 No. 399";
