1. Establish the minimum size of the authorized capital:

2) for the mortgage organizations:

from Date of Introduction in operation of this resolution - according to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About joint-stock companies";

since December 29, 2006 - 100 (hundred) million tenges;

since December 31, 2007 - 300 (three hundred) million tenges;

since December 31, 2008 - 800 (eight hundred) million tenges;
