About modification of the Regulations on payment procedure of pensions in the public pension system and the public social benefits approved by the Order of the Government No. 929/2006
Based on the Law No. 156/1998 on the public pension system (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247) DECIDES: the Government
In the Regulations on payment procedure of pensions in the public pension system and the public social benefits approved by the Order of the Government No. 929/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 134-137, 1008), to make the following changes:
In all text of the Provision of the word "payment service provider" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words 1) "the payment service provider in the territory of the Republic of Moldova" in the corresponding grammatical form;
The second Item 5 of the word of "six months" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph "twelve months";
To add 3) in Item 17-1 after the word "valorizovanny" in both cases with the words "and increased", after the word "valorizations" - the words "and increases", and the text "the size of index-linked pension exceeds 1500 lei" to replace with the text "the size of pension exceeds 1500 lei";
To add 4) with Items 17-2 and 34-1 of the following content:
"17-2. The state financial support is not provided to the receiver of pension who went abroad on permanent residence.";
"34-1 in case of moving of person on the permanent place the residence to the state which did not sign with the Republic of Moldova the agreement on social insurance, pension payment appointed according to the Law No. 156/1998 on the public pension system stops since the month following after month in which the receiver was is removed accounting, and renews according to this Provision.
