About modification of some regulations of the National commission on the financial market
Based on Art. 6 of h (1-1) and h. (2), Art. 21 of the h. (1) the Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192-XIV of November 12, 1998 (it is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126 BIS), with subsequent changes and amendments, the National commission on the DECIDES: financial market
1. In item 4 and item 60 of the Regulations on certification of specialists of professional participants of the non-bank financial market approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 44/5 of September 18, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 34-36, Art. 118), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 648 of February 10, 2009, to replace words of "Parliament of the Republic of Moldova" with abbreviation of "NKFR".
2. In item 11 of the Regulations on requirements for certification of auditors of professional participants of the non-bank financial market approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 36/12 of July 23, 2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 138-139, to the Art. 647) registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 699 of September 2, 2009 words of "Parliament of the Republic of Moldova" shall be replaced with words "The national commission on the financial market".
