The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 22, 2016 No. 422 "About approval of Rules of import to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the countries which are not entering into the Eurasian Economic Union, and export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to these countries of the precious metals and primary goods containing precious metals, and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2016, No. 40, the Art. 249) the following changes:
in Rules of import to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the countries which are not entering into the Eurasian Economic Union and export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to these countries of the precious metals and primary goods containing precious metals, approved by the specified resolution:

"9. The act of the state control is drawn up and issued to the applicant in the terms which are not exceeding 3 working days from the moment of receipt of documents.
