About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 4, 2015 No. 99

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to appendix No. 1 to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 4, 2015 No. 99 "About establishment of additional requirements to procurement participants of separate types of goods, works, services, cases of reference of goods, works, services to goods, works, services which because of their technical and (or) technological complexity, innovative, high-technology or specialized nature only suppliers (contractors, contractors) having necessary skill level and also the documents confirming compliance of procurement participants to the specified additional requirements" (The Russian Federation Code are capable to deliver, execute, render, 2015, to No. 6, Art. 976; No. 28, Art. 4235; No. 48, Art. 6834; 2016, No. 47, Art. 6662; 2019, No. 13, Art. 1408).
2. Determine that the additional requirements by year of release of buses provided by line item of the 5th appendix No. 1 to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 4, 2015 No. 99 "About establishment of additional requirements to goods, works, services which because of their technical and (or) technological complexity, innovative, high-technology or specialized nature only suppliers (contractors, contractors) having necessary skill level and also the documents confirming compliance of procurement participants to the specified additional requirements" are capable to deliver, execute, render (with the changes made by this resolution) are not applied to procurement participants of separate types of goods, works, services, cases of reference of goods, works, services till June 30, 2020.
