About entering of amendments and changes into some legal acts of Turkmenistan

I. Make additions and changes to the following legal acts of Turkmenistan:

"12) to use technical means of protection in case of protection of correctional facilities, pre-trial detention centers and particular loads, warehouses of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, and also when implementing supervision in the Special rehabilitation center of law-enforcement bodies.

The list of technical means of protection and procedure for their use are determined by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan.";

2) in the Law of Turkmenistan "About fire safety", adopted on October 10, 2004 (in edition of the Law of Turkmenistan adopted on January 12, 2016) (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2016, No. 1, the Art. 3):

in part three of Article 14 of the text of the Law in state language of the word "hasaba almagyn" shall be replaced with words "bellige almagyn";

to state Item 7 of Article 16 in the following edition:

"7) will organize development and approves state standards, regulations of fire safety and exercises control of their execution;";

third of Article 20 to state part in the following edition:

"3. Fire safety regulations, instructions and other documents containing requirements of fire safety belong to regulating documents on fire safety.";
