Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About the companies", adopted on June 15, 2000 (Medzhyolis's sheets of Turkmenistan, 2000, No. 2, Art. 13; 2009, No. 2, Art. 33; 2012, No. 1, Art. 48, No. 2, Art. 51; 2013, No. 4, Art. 82; 2015, No. 1, Art. 31; 2016, No. 1, Art. 71; 2017, No. 4, Art. 147; 2018, No. 2, Art. 43), following changes:
in the paragraph the second Article 8 to exclude the words "and managements";
the fifth parts one of Article 18 to declare the paragraph invalid;
in paragraph five of part one of Article 60 of the word to "authorities on mesyota" shall be replaced with words to "local authorities of the government";
in part two of Article 62 of the word "managements, the local executive authority and" to exclude.
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
