About entering of amendments into the Law of Turkmenistan "About bodies адалат Turkmenistan"
I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About bodies адалат Turkmenistan", adopted on June 18, 2016 (Vedomosyoti of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2016, No. 2, Art. 91; 2017, No. 1, Art. 31; 2018, Yo No. 2, Art. 32), following changes:
to add article 4 after Item 13 with Items of the following content:
"13-1) development of offers on prevention of the disputes concerning the rights and interests of Turkmenistan;
13-2) making the legal conclusion according to draft agreements, the foreign invesyotition connected with attraction concluded by state bodies of Turkmenistan;".
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
