1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Bases of forming of indexes changes of the amount of payment of citizens for the utilities in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 30, 2014 No. 400 "About forming of indexes of change of the amount of payment of citizens for utilities in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 19, Art. 2434; No. 40, Art. 5425; No. 45, Art. 6237; 2015, No. 12, Art. 1753; No. 37, Art. 5153; 2016, No. 1, Art. 233; No. 45, Art. 6263; 2017, No. 11, Art. 1557; No. 38, Art. 5633).
2. Determine that the subitem "b" of Item 46 of the Bases of forming of indexes of change of the amount of payment of citizens for utilities in the Russian Federation specified in Item 1 of this resolution is effective till January 1, 2022.
3. Declare invalid the subitem "b" of Item of 71 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with abolition of Federal Tariff Service, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 4, 2015 No. 941 "About modification, recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with abolition of Federal Tariff Service and about approval of Rules of adoption by Federal Antimonopoly Service of decisions on determination (establishment) of the prices (rates) and (or) their limits in the field of activities of subjects of natural monopolies and other regulated organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 37, the Art. 5153).
