About approval of the Procedure of control of delivery in customs of purpose of the goods of separate types moved through customs border of Ukraine
According to Item 6 parts two of Article 11, Articles 58 and 156 of the Customs code of Ukraine and for the purpose of enhancement of the control system behind the goods delivery, moved through customs border of Ukraine, ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure of control of delivery in customs of purpose of the goods of separate types moved through customs border of Ukraine (further - the Procedure) it (is applied).
2. To chiefs of regional customs, customs to bring the Procedure to the attention of staff and to provide steady observance of its requirements, to inform on requirements of the Procedure for subjects of foreign economic activity by placement of its text at evident stands at check points through frontier of Ukraine.
3. To management of control of cargo transfer (Lugovets V. A.) and (Melnik M. V.) to provide to Legal department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To department of information technologies and customs statistics (Koposov S.A.) develop program and information complexes for ensuring practical implementation of requirements of the Procedure with customs authorities.
5. Determine that this order becomes effective in 30 days after its official publication.
