About entering of amendment into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. Article 307 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 to add with part 4 following of content:
"Requirements to the receipt on the payment issued for collection of penalty on site of road traffic offense, and the procedure for its accounting establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
