Article 1. To state article 150.3 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 in the following edition:
"Article 150.3. Movement on the state highways public of the Republic of Armenia on the vehicles exceeding the most admissible weight, transporting non divisible loads and (or) loads of big dimensions
1. Movement on the state highways public of the Republic of Armenia on the transport heavyweight means exceeding the most admissible weight, and (or) exceeding load of one axis:
attracts infliction of penalty in two hundredfold size of minimum wage.
2. Movement on highways of the Republic of Armenia on the vehicles exceeding the most admissible weight, transporting non divisible loads, and (or) exceeding load of one axis, without the permission on implementation of transportations:
attracts infliction of penalty - to one ton and for each additional ton - in two hundredfold size of minimum wage.
3. Movement on highways of the Republic of Armenia on the vehicles exceeding big dimensions, without the permission on implementation of transportations:
attracts infliction of penalty in five hundredfold size of minimum wage.
4. Variation from the route provided by permission on highways of the Republic of Armenia on the vehicles exceeding the most admissible weight, transporting loads, exceeding load of one axis and (or) big dimensions:
attracts infliction of penalty in five hundredfold size of minimum wage.
5. Repeated making of the acts provided by this Article within one year from the date of purpose of administrative punishment:
attracts infliction of penalty in double size of the penalty established by this Article for this act.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in three months after its official publication.
