1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of registration of vehicles, installations and the equipment" of June 23, 2017 No. 407 the following changes:
Preamble after words "articles 6 and 24-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About traffic in the Kyrgyz Republic" to add 1) with words ", articles 49 and 50 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income";
2) in Rules of state registration, re-registration of vehicles, installations and the equipment, and also the property rights to them approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to state the name of Chapter 6 in the following edition:
"6. Payment procedure, the amount of charges in case of registration, re-registrations of automotor-vehicles";
in Item 69:
- the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"69. In case of registration and re-registration of the following automotor-vehicles the zero amount of collection is established:";
- add with paragraphs the twelfth and thirteenth the following content:
