About modification of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Item 8 of part 1 of Article 2 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001 (further - the Code) shall be replaced with words the words "for needs of society and state" "for the purpose of providing priority public concerns".
Article 2. To state Item 11 of part 1 of article 66 of the Code in the following edition:
"11) the parcels of land which are in the territory recognized as priority public interest, to the acquirer of the property alienated for the purpose of providing priority public concerns. At the same time in case of alienation of the state parcels of land the price of direct sale of the parcels of land is established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. In item 4 of part 1 of article 100 of the Code of the word "for needs of society and state" shall be replaced with words "for the purpose of providing priority public concerns".
Article 4. In Item 8 of part 1 of article 102 of the Code of the word "for needs of society and state" shall be replaced with words "for the purpose of providing priority public concerns".
Article 5. To state article 104 of the Code in the following edition:
"Article 104. Alienation of the parcel of land for the purpose of providing priority public concerns
1. Alienation of the parcel of land for the purpose of providing priority public concerns is performed in exceptional cases and procedure, established by the Law, only with preliminary and equivalent compensation.".
Article 6. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
