Bring in Item 2 of article 27 of the Federal Law of May 27, 1998 No. 76-FZ "About the status of the military personnel" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 22, Art. 2331; 2006, No. 50, Art. 5281; 2013, No. 48, Art. 6165; 2014, to No. 6, the Art. 558) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"2. Commanders are edinonachalnik and are responsible in peace and wartime for permanent combat and mobilization readiness, successful accomplishment of fighting tasks, combat training, education, military discipline, law and order, moral and political and psychological state of subordinate staff, safety of military service, condition and safety of arms, military equipment and other military property, material, technical, financial, household security and medical support.".
