In pursuance of Item 7 of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 20.07.2005 of N36390/1/1-05 to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of July 13, 2005 "About confirmation of conformity" and Regulations on the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy approved by the Decree the President of Ukraine of March 18, 2003 N 225, I ORDER to N1105 "About Measures for Enhancement of Activities in the field of Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy" according to the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve the Temporary procedure for declaring of compliance of products with low risk degree for life and health of consumers which is applied.
2. (Babyak O. M.) in five-day time to provide to department of technical regulation provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. (Filipchuk G. G.) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide to the state company "Ukrainian Nauchnoissledovatelsky and Training Center of Problems of Standardization, Certification and to Quality" its publication.
4. This order becomes effective in ten days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman Gospotrebstandart of Ukraine Vivcharika V.P.
