About change of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of further project implementation "Belarus: the ecological infrastructure project -" I decide the first stage:
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 2012 No. 542 "About attraction of the credits of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Nordic Investment Bank":
in the paragraph the second "The Vitebsk city utility unitary production enterprise of water and sewer economy of Vitebskvodokanal shall be replaced with words words "The Vitebsk regional municipal unitary enterprise of water and sewer economy of Vitebskoblvodokanal;
word in paragraph three "The minister of housing and communal services Shor Andrey Viktorovich" shall be replaced with words Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities;
1.2. in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 8, 2015 No. 232 "About implementation of the investment project" the words "Vitebsk City Utility Unitary Production Enterprise of Water and Sewer Economy" shall be replaced with words "The Vitebsk regional municipal unitary enterprise of water and sewer economy of Vitebskoblvodokanal.
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
