About modification of the Regulations on procedure and calculation of expenses of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on deduction and sale of pledged property

According to Item 10 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of implementation of requirements of paragraph two of part three of article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure and calculation of expenses of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the deduction and sale of pledged property approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of February 11, 2016 No. 138, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 4, 2016 for No. 353/28483, the following changes:

The Section I to add 1) with new Item of such content:

"3. The terms used in this Provision are used in such values:

sale date (realization) of pledged property - date of the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement of pledged property;

remaining balance of estimated value of pledged property - estimated value of pledged property for the corresponding date in which disposals (in connection with realization (sale) of such property, loan repayment) or property acquisitions by bank are considered;

the accounting period - the period lasting at least 12 months, following after the last month of the previous calculation of the expense level of Fund on content and sale of pledged property;

the passport of bank - form of the reporting which banks give to Fund according to the internal administrative document of Fund;
