in the subitem "zh" of Item 6, the subitem "an" of Item 9, the subitem "e" of Item 30, the subitem "v" of Item 31 after the words "residence" in the corresponding case to add with words "(stay) or the actual accommodation";

in Items 10 and 11 after the words "place of his residence" to add with words "(stay) or the actual accommodation".
