1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for functioning of single system state scientific and state scientific and technical examinations, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 22, 2015 No. 431, the following changes:
in Item 2:
from paragraph one of the word" (2002, No. 30, 1/3553)" to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus;
after the paragraph of third to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"the expert - the physical person having the corresponding work experience and qualification on subject (profile) of object of state examination, performing in accordance with the established procedure carrying out researches, including scientific, the analysis and assessment of the objects of state examination assuming receipt of new knowledge and methods of their application and creation new or enhancement of the existing methods and policy tools of specific processes, preparation and registration concerning these subjects of the expert opinions necessary for decision making connected with scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities;";
add Item with paragraphs of the following content:
"the information and analytical system "Single Examination" (further - IAS "Examination") - the information system intended for automation of functioning of single system of examinations;
the national operator of state examination - the public institution subordinated to the State committee on science and technologies (further - GKNT), performing scientific and methodical and organizational technical supply of conducting state examination.";
