1. Bring in Rules (conditions) of implementation of activities for the securities trading: broker activities, dealer activities, underwriting, the managements of securities approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of December 12, 2006 No. 1449, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 23, 2007 for No. 52/13319 (in edition of the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of November 15, 2011 No. 1638) (with changes), such changes:
The second Item 1 of the Section III of the word "and client/partner" to exclude 1) in the paragraph;
Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 7 of the Section VI of the word "digital signature" "the qualified digital signature";
3) subitem in paragraph five "є" Item 2 of the Section IX of the word "public", "publicly" to exclude.
