About introduction of amendments to the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 13 of April 4, 2017 about procedure for issue of standard forms of source documents of the strict reporting

For the purpose of execution of the Order of the Government No. 294 of 17.03.1998 about accomplishment of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova N 406-P of December 23, 1997 "Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1998, No. 30-33 Art. 288" with subsequent changes and according to item 8 of h (I) Art. 133 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER:

1. Make the following changes to the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 13 of 4.04.2017 about procedure for issue of standard forms of source documents of the strict reporting (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2017 No. 119-126, of the Art. 815):

1) In the order:

a) In preamble the text of "The order of the Ministry of Finance No. 50 of March 15, 2017" to replace with the text "The orders of the Government No. 294 of 17.03.1998 about accomplishment of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova N 406-II of December 23, 1997";

b) In Item 2 the text of "management of risks" to replace "konformirovaniye";

c) In item 4 to exclude the text "and territorial" and after the word of "divisions" to introduce the text of State Tax Administration;

2) In provision:

a) In Item 2 the text "i)" to replace appendix to tax delivery note with the word "power of attorney". Add Item of litas. "n) the notice accompanying goods";
