About change of Resolutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of March 19, 2010 No. 2/20 and of March 19, 2010 No. 3/21
Based on part two of Item 2 of Article 142, of Item 2 of article 143 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in preamble of the resolution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of March 19, 2010 No. 2/20 "About the list of foreign states which diplomatic representations and consular establishments have the right to return (compensation) of the value added tax (with restrictions or without restrictions)" words "of subitem 1.34 of Item 1 of Article 94" shall be replaced with words "parts two of Item 2 of Article 142";
1.2. in the resolution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of March 19, 2010 No. 3/21 "About the list of representations and bodies of the international organizations and interstate educations performing activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus":
in word preamble of "subitem 1.35 of Item 1 of Article 94" shall be replaced with words "Item 2 of Article 143";
in Item 1 to replace the word "Approve" with the word "Establish".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
