About modification of the Regulations on the mechanism of percentage assignment approved by the Order of the Government No. 1286/2016

Based on part (6) article 15/2 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on the mechanism of percentage assignment approved by the Order of the Government No. 1286/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 416-422, 1382), to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the word "Ministry of Justice" in any case shall be replaced with words "The agency of the state services" in the corresponding case, and the words "head department of the State Treasury" in any case shall be replaced with words "management of the State Treasury" in the corresponding case;

2) in item 4:
