The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Storage precautions telecom operators of text messages of users communication services, voice information, images, sounds, video and other messages of users communication services approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 12, 2018 No. 445 "About approval of Storage precautions by telecom operators of text messages of users communication services, voice information, images, sounds, video and other messages of users communication services" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 17, Art. 2489; No. 49, Art. 7600).
2. Determine that the changes approved by this resolution do not extend to the technical means of accumulating of information which are part of the equipment of means of communication providing accomplishment of the established actions when conducting investigation and search operations which agreements (agreements) on acquisition are signed before entry into force of this resolution.
